When we originally started Youngmanridge.com,
the focus of the site was the Discovery List. As a
matter of fact, "The List" was the only
original content we had on YMR for quite a long time.
As the page has evolved, The List sort of became like
an old dude that is funny to have around but doesn't
do much anymore.

menu to the left. You can view all gazillion entries
in The Master
List. Our favorite entries are in the "Best
of.." section. While making the list, sometimes
we went of on little tangents or digressions.
There is a link for new
additions, but we haven't added anything new for
a while (though it is still possible that we might).

This list is meant as a tongue-in-cheek
look at life on channels that claim they like to discover
things (you know, like shark week). It is 100% absolutely
meant as satire. If you are too stupid to understand
satire, leave right now. Furthermore, we might have
been temporarily insane at the time many of these
observations were made, so we are not accountable.
How to read the list...
If you read an entry that makes
no sense to you, go on to the next one. There are
plenty of entries that you will understand. Some of
these tend to be inside jokes, but please interpret
them anyway you wish. Just leave us alone if you are
going to be negative.
